We want you to have a great experience buying beautiful fashion online and we know you can't try garments on before purchasing online. So, we are happy to accept return items bought online for size exchange only on full priced items.
We won't replace or refund an item if you simply change your mind.
You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a size exchange if your item does not fit, provided:
- Designer tags are still attached
- The item is in an unused, unworn and unwashed condition
- Stock is available. If we no longer have stock of the size you wish to exchange, we are happy to offer you a store credit for another available item
- You Contact Us immediately with your order number then return the item to Goldilocks Boutique, Shop 2/222 Main St, Osborne Park WA 6017, Australia
The cost of return shipping both ways is payable by you.
Please note; if you damage a garment (e.g. after wearing it a button falls off or the zip breaks because of wear) we cannot accept garments back for exchange/credit notes.
At Goldilocks we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality garments to our customers. We always check our products before shipping to our customers, however if on the rare occasion you receive a product with an obvious manufacturing fault, please Contact Us with photos of the problem and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We can ship to almost any address in Australia. Packages usually arrive withing 5-7 working days from the date of order. Sorry, we don't ship to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
